What are your facility access hours?
Facility access hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Office hours vary by day, so it's best to call (413) 967-5888.
Can I rent a unit online?
Yes. Online rentals are available 24/7. Browse our available storage units and rent your unit right on the website, or give us a call if you have any questions first.
How do I pay my bill?
Online bill pay is available 24/7. Simply sign in to your account to make a payment and manage your unit from the convenience of your own home.
What unit sizes do you offer?
Unit sizes range from 5×5 to 20×20 depending on the location, with monthly base rates starting at $85 at 319 Palmer Rd and $60 at 313 Palmer Rd. Each location page lists every size and rate. The online rental portal adds 1.75% for ACH or 3.99% for credit card payments. Try the storage calculator below, or call us if you're not sure which size you need.
Do you offer drive-up units?
Yes. Drive-up access is available, so you can pull up right to your unit to load and unload.
Do you offer boat, camper and RV storage?
Yes. In addition to a variety of storage unit sizes and drive-up units, we offer outdoor storage for boats, campers and RVs.
How is the facility secured?
We have 24-hour digital video monitoring and gate access, and our SSL-secure website protects your personal information.
Where are your locations?
We have two locations in Ware, MA: 319 Palmer Rd, and 313 Palmer Rd (behind Teresa's Restaurant).
How do I request a move-out or ask about billing?

Storage Tips
Pack Smarter, Store Better
A little planning makes moving in easier and keeps your belongings in good shape.
Make a list before you pack
Write down what you plan to store so you can pick the right unit size and keep track of everything inside.
Use sturdy, same-size boxes
Uniform boxes stack safely and make the most of your space. Fill them fully so they don't crush when stacked.
Label every box
Mark the contents and the room it came from on at least two sides so you can find things without unstacking.
Heavy on the bottom
Put heavy boxes and furniture on the floor and lighter items on top. Keep the things you'll need most near the door.
Leave a walkway
A narrow aisle down the middle lets you reach items in the back without moving everything out.
Protect furniture and fragile items
Wrap furniture in moving blankets or covers, and pad fragile items with paper or bubble wrap.
Disassemble when you can
Take apart bed frames and tables, and keep the hardware in a labeled bag taped to the piece it belongs to.
